Dr Victor Lim was personally chosen by Dr Bobby Woo to continue the care of all the patients who had been attending Woo Medical & Cardiac Clinic since 1989. The name ‘Heart Partners Clinic’ was mutually chosen to reflect a partnership in perpetuating the care of these patients.

It had been Dr Woo’s intention to work in partnership together with Dr Victor once he recovered from his illness. Sadly, this was not possible due to his untimely demise in August 2009.

Woo Medical & Cardiac Clinic entered a new phase as ‘Heart Partners Clinic’ from 1st October 2009. It is our intent to continue to care for all patients with compassion, competence and kindness, as Dr Woo had always done.
